Theme park closed. Water Park opened under name Alabama Adventure. If the wind is blowing just right, you can smell the dog food plant. Buy a season pass from Six Flags Georgia and make the short drive to Atlanta and get a theme park in addition to a water park for the same price.

I was not impressed at all! That cement pool was awful. Now don't let me leave out that my children loved the place and beg all the time to return. My displeasure could be because the day we went it was sooo crowded until it was unbearable. Food is too expensive for how cheesey it is. Will return because my children are asking!

WE love Six Flags but are also blessed this is in the back yard! Clean, nice, friendly, and the water park is excellent on a hot afternoon. Great Disney-esque concerts that are easy access for the kids to get up close. My son's band opened for one of those and it was a great experience. Fun roller coasters!

They are only going to open the water park this year, they sold off the roler coaster and other rides. Long lines and bad service, spare yourself the trip.

Run down, poor service and a lot of the booths were closed. Don't waste your time or money going here.

We live about 70 miles from this attraction, but it is well worth the drive. Would go alot more often if we lived closer. Visionland has a huge waterpark with may water rides, including a beach. Lots of theme park rides as well.

This is a nice, clean, friendly amusement park/water park (Magic City and Splash Beach). The admission price isn't too bad- a combination ticket for adults is $31.99 and children are $21.99 with discounts given if you come after 4pm. The rides on the amusement side are mild-few thrill rides, but cute for younger children. The water park is the best part in my opinion. We go there at least 3 times a year during the summer months. It's small enough for older children to go off on their own, yet you could spend the entire day there. You should also check out the concerts that they have during the summer that's included in the ticket price. This summer some of the concerts are Aly and AJ, Drake Bell (Josh and Drake), Raven Symone (that's so Raven) ,Phil Stacey (American Idol season 6), plus many others.

The new owners are doing a little better with this park than the previous owners. We found the employees to be much more pleasant than under the previous owners but not much better trained. Everything from the water park to the rides to the snack bars was understaffed. The lines for the rides were not actually that long but the wait times were excessive due to the lack of training and motivation of the employees. A complete lack of shade and almost no fans in the ride stations makes for a hot and grueling day. A high percentage of the customer base for this park is comprised of some of the most rude, self-centered and obnoxious people I have ever been exposed to as a whole. With a very small collection of rides I still don't find this park particularly attractive for a potential repeat trip. I really hope they can continue to improve and make something special of this park since it is close by.
