We were so excited about our trip to natchitoches b and b at Pierson lee house and our three hours of spa pampering for girls get away weekend. What a huge let down at the spa, no one explained how it all worked so I walked around in bare feet during this mess, was rushed through 2 of our 3 treatments, tea and coffee area was set up but no hot water and was told there wasn't time for that but maybe after the next service, then our area to sit on sofa with the cane river view was taken over by a 13 year olds birthday party decorations ......then the excited teens swarmed into locker area before we could dress, so they were excited, knocking on doors, squealing, etc....not so relaxing. We were then basically booted to the door loosing about half an hour of the services we were suppose to receive for a relaxing spa day. This was poorly planned, no introductions to the spa or staff (only one staff member even told us their name, we had to ask), poor transitions between services, services rushed through......we do not intend on wasting our money and time there again....but I will say I believe the staff had the skills to make it an enjoyable experience, but they need better planning and management....thumbs down and so disappointed!!!

Upon my arrival to the spa, a sign read closed Friday and Saturday for a special event. I thought I was at the wrong spa,& was going to leave. I'm glad I opened the door to a spacious, beautiful setting over looking the water. The special event was for our company. I have been to spas all over the world, but I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, and the beautiful private areas they had set up snacks for us. Wonderful! I had a fantastic massage, deep tissue with Cynthia, if I remember correctly. We communicated during the massage for the amount of pressure and sharing some great stories. What a great treat for me. Thank you!!Next, I was scheduled for a hydrafacial. Normally I don't get facials as I have sensitive skin & we had a dinner event to attend that evening. I told her to use the lowest setting & let's give it a whirl.It didn't hurt at all, and didn't leave my skin red and blotchy. I'm not sure I would have this treatment on a day of the event but I'm glad I tried it. The spa was charming, the staff professional and everyone was smiling! When you go for a visit make a reservation and enjoy this little piece of heaven!

This place is 1st class!! I would highly recommend!! Derek is an awesome masseuse!! I had the 60 min swedish massage!! I also had one of the best (hydra-60 min) facials I have ever received... and I have had several over my lifetime! Sorry, I can't think of the esthetician name but she was young and very professional and I'm still receiving the benefits after two weeks!! Treat yourself to one of there services offered!! You want be disappointed!!!!
