What a find! We did their wine tasting and each wine was excellent...wish we had tried them all! Jeff, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. We happened upon this place by chance and were so glad we did. There's space outside to relax and look over the beautiful scenery while sipping some of the most flavorful wines in the area. Don't miss this place!

The wine is good. It is tasty, and reasonably priced. The location is challenging......wayyyy back in the woods, but then opens up to a pretty meadow with mountain view.We were the only ones there when we visited, and found the experience quite awkward. Nice people serving, but not much in the way of friendly conversation. Felt a little rushed, and did not have the "quaint" cozy feeling of many wineries we have visited.

My sister and I drove up from the hot and sunny state of Florida and discovered this local vineyard. GPS took us right to it, but the local signs also made it easy to find! When you first drive up and see the beautiful wooden home and tasting station of the owners flanked by their vineyard, horses, ducks and gardens, you immediately feel warm and welcomed! We were greeted immediately by the owner Jeff and had the most amazing afternoon sampling wines and then enjoying a couple glasses while overlooking the fruits of this family's labors! The vineyard and sloping mountains offer a great view while sitting outside on the comfy swinging chair! My sister and I struggled to select which wines to purchase as they all offer something to please the palatte! So we each bought a variety case to take home and share with our friends and family! We would HIGHLY recommend a visit to this vineyard if you are in the area and for us, it will be well worth another 16 hour drive north!

We were staying at Lake Cumberland for vacation and ventured to this winery. We loved the drive out there - down a winding, wooded road with old bicycles used a signs along the way. It was a weekday, so we were the only ones there. We called ahead and the owner met us in the tasting room. We tasted quite a few samples, bought some bottles and local cheese he had stocked. We didn't take advantage of it, but they have a nice outside seating area. The grounds are beautiful!

This is a fabulous local winery hidden away in Somerset, Ky. My group did get so lost trying to find the winery (GPS does not help much in the area, best to call for directions). Once we were there, the wines were amazing and the entire winery is beautiful. Such a treat and well worth the trip. My favorite was the hummingbird blush.

I would spend every Saturday afternoon there if I could! The owners are amazingly nice and the setting is perfect. I agree with another reviewer that the first time drivin there can make you question if you're in the right place, but it's worth it!

Cedar Creek Vineyards may be off the beaten path but it is worth the trip. The vineyard and tasting room are located in the hills of eastern Pulaski County just east of Somerset. The winery and tasting room offer a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. They offer a great selection of delicious wines at very reasonable prices. The vineyard and winery practice natural composting, recycling and treat every vine with care to ensure the best wines possible. It is also possible to purchase local cheeses. They host several events during the year with the largest annual event "Art in the Vineyard" taking place September 7, 2013.

Good BUT very hard to find, and road signs misleading

Cedar Creek Winery is a great place to visit for a leisurely glass of wine or just to get away from civilization. The wine is all made on-site and there are several different varieties to choose from. All of the wines are reasonably priced and you can taste them all before buying. Check their website for events that are scheduled throughout the summer.
