springbrook hollow farm distillery

Visited this new distillery conveniently located off Rte 149 in Queensbury on a Saturday. A Hoppy Trails Brew Tour was in progress, but managed to mingle with the happy group and taste three spirits offered at this small batch operation. Thoroughly enjoyed the herbaceous and aromatic Sly Fox Gin, enough to forsake vodka and get my husband to give gin a try. Its in a beautiful setting, close to the Outlets and worth the trip!
