Worse pair of gloves without compensating for the ones I simply wanted to exchange for an unripped pair. He flat out said he didn't want to ask the manufacturer to take them back because he didn't want to "eat the loss". It was a$24 pair of gloves. Then he brought in another employee and it seemed like they were just trying to gang up on me so I would back down, and I just got so sick of the awful customer service that I said fine I'm not going to sit here and waste my time arguing and I left the gloves and walked out. They then made my friend take the gloves. By the end it wasn't even about the money spent, it was about the absolutely unacceptable, horrible customer service. Had they treated me well, I would have gone back for other things, but now I will never shop there again.

I came skiing for the first and we rented our EQ and also got lessons coordinated too. We already paid for our lift tickets, do we arrived here to get sized for ski boots, skis, helmet and ski poles. They had other accessories too. The staff was helpful. I had never been skiing. My instructor John G. Was extremely helpful.

We booked a condo with Sky Run in Keystone for me, my friend and our 3 boys because we needed advice on where to stay based on our activities, and also wanted to get advice on a nice condo. The people at Sky Run were very helpful and provided us advice on where to stay based on all of our requirements. When it came to location, amenities, shuttle access, ski rentals (25% discount) and night life, they did everything right. Very-much appreciated. Also - their mobile app makes things VERY easy!One negative (which they made right)...we were told to rent the condo at 2148 The Pines because it was recently renovated...which was a HUGE mistake. The only positive I have about this condo is that it has a fantastic view of the mountains. However, it has not been updated since the early 90's - and the carpet is so disgusting I didn't want to walk around without my shoes. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT.However, as soon as we brought the issue to the attention of the Sky Run people, they had us moved ASAP to one of the newly-renovated Quicksilver properties which was awesome. I have to thank Lotus for working hard to accommodating our group and helping to make our quick ski vacation awesome.If we have the opportunity again - we will definitely rent from Sky Run again.

Rented for river run sports for 4 days. Reserved online saved 20%, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient! In and out in 20 minutes, my son loved his SN boots he rented , I loved my boots and skis! First time I have ever had rental boots that fit and felt good on the first try. Fyi I had performance pkg. and am intermediate skier! Would definitely use again!

I was dreading ski rentals with kids but these guys are true experts. They have it down. We were in the big tent on the River Run side and were in and out in 20 minutes for a family of 4. Check in was also a breeze at the end of our trip.
