The most important thing to note is this is not a brew pub; it's a brewery that opens its doors to the public as a Tasting Room from Thursday to Sunday. It's small with limited seating and no kitchen. The beer is pricey and meant to be savored at a slower pace. This is not a place to get drunk and rowdy with your friends. That being said, this place isn't just for "beer snobs." They have a constantly rotating beer list and specialize in barrel-aged sours with unique and complex flavor profiles. My boyfriend is more into sours than I am, and the bartender was happy to help us both find something that suited our tastes. If you like beer and enjoy trying new things, Paradox is worth a stop.
