steve canyon statue

I am not sure why in the world this would make a things to do list. It certainly is not worth driving out of your way to see. It is just a statue of a comic character long lost to the passing of time. Having gone by it maybe 100+ times, I have never seen anybody stop to look at it. Steve Canyon was a long-running American adventure comic strip by writer-artist Milton Caniff. It ran from January 13, 1947 until June 4, 1988, shortly after Caniff's death. Caniff won the Reuben Award for the strip in 1971.Allow 20 seconds and you will have seen the Steve Canyon Statue.
