Grist is one of the many new microbrews in the Highlands Ranch area. It is a great place to stop after work and try some of the very good beers. Food trucks park outside for great specialty meals.

My wife and I have really enjoyed Grist, since it's opening in Highlands Ranch. The staff is friendly, the beer good and cold. It has been a great addition to Highlands Ranch.

My husband and I found ourselves without the kids one night and decided to check out Grist, which is about 15 minutes from our house. It was bigger than we were expecting and they had about 8 beers on tap. There was a food truck out front (sliders of some sort) and I understand this is typical. We decided on a flight of all 8 beers. My husband generally likes stouts/porters but wasn't fond of their stout. I generally like wheat or browns. We both decided the Vienna Lager was our favorite. They had a lot of regulars at the bar but we had no problem finding a seat. Just looked at their website and looking forward to visiting again soon (when their apple lager and whiskey barrel-aged stout are on tap!). Support the local brewers!

Stopped in here when we were invited by some friends. I had no idea this was even here - it is in a warehouse/office space park. The beers are good, and prices very reasonable. If you can't make up your mind, try the flights. I enjoyed the Belgian Strong so well I took a growler home.Only issue - no food on premises. They have different vendors park out front, but they dont have a license for food. OK if someone is there, but I like my munchies when having a beer.I will be stopping by again.

This a nice place to sample a good range of beers from a small brewery. You can see the whole brewery from the bar area. The staff is very nice and most of the beers are too. They offer tours of their brewery or you can just come in for a few pints.

Not to be too harsh, but the people who like microbrewery beer the best are the people who are brewing the beer. This place is the exception. Decent microbrew beer. They have a great selection ranging from light to dark to really strong (alcohol wise). Incredibly friendly staff and brew master. If he isn't working, he will take a moment and discuss the whole process with you. They only serve beer, can sugar water (soda/pop) and water (self serve). They don't have any food, but there are food trucks that are scheduled to be there (see their web site) and you can bring in food (within reason), but, please bus your own trash.
