CrossFit Greenwood Village is a top notch box located next door to the Doubletree Hotel in the heart of the Denver Tech Center. Classes start at 4:50 in the morning and the last one is into the early evening allowing you to drop in before or after work. There are womens classes and boot camp style classes for those just looking to tone up a bit without as much hardcore CrossFit. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. There is a great mix of people who work out here. There are very elite athletes all the way to those who are deciding to join a gym for the first time and all ages. There are even CrossFit kids classes. Coaches David and Chase are excellent guys who truly care about helping you build strength and work capacity in a safe manner. World class olympic lifting classes are available. It is a well equipped facility with everything you'd expect from speed ropes and rowers to climbing ropes, olympic lifting platforms and all the rigs.CrossFit Greenwood Village is walking distance or short hotel shuttle ride from all the Tech Center hotels, but there are shower facilities too in case you are working in the Tech Center and your hotel is downtown. Plenty of covered free parking as well.Very friendly to business travelers and those who call Denver home.
