We've visited Graceland several times, but somehow they keep improving the experience. The latest innovation is individual IPads and earphones which describes the sites and provides options for additional information by way of photos, videos, and audio from Priscilla, Lisa Marie, and Elvis himself. John Stamos is the IPod tour guide. Very well done. The only downside is that now there is an additional fee to tour the planes.

Graceland is a special place in US music history and worth a visit if you are in Memphis. I was expecting a far more extravagant home but I realized that it was pretty outlandish for its time. Elvis was a cool guy by all standards and his home is a testimony to his then living legend status. I was disappointed that the area surrounding Graceland is a tough urban setting but the estate has held its own and continues to attract fans from around the world. Graceland is worth taking the time to rest the clock and take a look at a place frozen in time. Very cool!!

It was nice to see were such an awesome super star spent his time here on Earth. The information was well laid out and very informative. However, I think it's overpriced, the tour and the memorabilia? We waited 20 min for the bus to come and drive us around the corner . We paid extra to see the airplane exhibits and car exhibits and most of that was guiding you back into gift shops to purchase over priced memrobilia. For a family of 3 with a discount we paid $130 + parking was $10. I guess the ipads have to be paid for. by the way, if you look closely a lot of the items were the same. The VIP (people in wheelchairs had to be pushes all the way around to the side of the house to receive VIP SERVICE)

Wow, Graceland enlivens fans on this walk back in time. I had resistance regarding this visit to Graceland from my husband and a colleague and I had to convince these two the visit would be great. Graceland exceeded my expectations, and fortunately those of these two. These two guys believed Graceland mansion to be a tour through the old untouched home of Elvis as it was when he lived at the mansion. Graceland is a perfectly iconic and timeless. While allowing the practical use of IPads, Graceland is a bright, positive look at the home of Elvis much as it was during his life. Still, timelessly a home, but...wow...a very hip, cool home. Visiting and touring Graceland is a step back in time allowing visitors to see the beautiful mansion with a very well-planned, organized and historic view of the man and his time. At times, these guys had smile in unabashed disbelief. Graceland was a win/win for all of us.When we left the guys were impressed and had to agree Graceland was worth the time and cost. The 'period' 60s and 70s furnishings, the kitchen appliances, and the jungle animal print man-cave room, combined with the memorial garden and room of memorabilia including honors and awards provided a special and comprehensive view of Elvis. The stately mansion on the outside was intriguing compared with the inside of Elvis at Graceland! This is a solid experience for Elvis fans and now my new fans of legendary Elvis and Graceland.

I went to see some classic Americana but this was much more than that. I loved he music and the way you could get close to these iconic places.

I was very disappointed. Graceland is all about the money. The iPad tour is yuk. Would love to have folks that know what Graceland is all about. Stories of Elvis. Why Graceland looks so small. I grew up loving Elvis and I know the family needs to tell the story. Would be great if they did vs an I pad. And felt very rushed no customer service or southern friendliness. Staff talked to esch other. Charges extra for every thing you wanted to look at other than the house What a shsme

Loved it all. The atmosphere was very emotional, especially the memorial garden. The house was smaller than i imagined but untouched since he died. Well worth a visit.

We did the tour round and it was really amazing and fascinating to see... We were given an i-pad to listen too and it explained each and every room we passed through.A lovely part of Graceland was at 07.30 to 08.30 am you can walk up to Graceland and see the graves in the meditation garden for free. It was great because not only can you walk up the main drive which you can't on the tours of the house, you have to be drove up, but also because we got there at 7.30 on the dot and were there as they opened the gates to Graceland and had Elvis's meditation garden all to ourselves for 15 minutes until others starting arriving... truly amazing experience. I would definately say to others it is worth doing just to get some photos and have no one in the back ground...and also to experience one of Elvis's favourite places.

This was our first trip to Memphis and Graceland was at the top of our list of places to visit while here. We enjoyed the tour and really liked the computer tablet method of presenting the tour. We never felt rushed and were able to linger in areas that we needed more time to experience. We purchased the extra Archive tour which included a few extra building visits. In hindsight, the Mansion tour would have been sufficient.
