Tired of looking for something to do around here? Wonder where you can take the kids at a place you can afford? This is the place. It's close and super fun for the children. I go every week.

My oldest son chose to have his birthday party at Bounce USA 3 years in a row! We loved it so much, that when our youngest was born and time for his first birthday bash, we again, choose Bounce USA! Our boys are almost 10 yrs apart in age, and it can be hard finding a suitable place for a toddler and preteen to have fun. BOUNCE USA IS THAT PLACE! Not only do they have something for everyone, from push toys and such for babies, to a huge slide & more for older kids, but they also have a nice sized flat screen that my husband can catch up on the game during parties & open play visits! The facility is always clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and everyone we know loves Bounce USA! Definitely check it out, and don't forget your socks! (But if you do, they sell them at the counter, just in case!)

I have been with my 7 year old twin boys to this party bounce house place multiple times. I have attended several parties there. They are kinda pissy about some things. They made me pour out my water in kids cups when I came in today. It is just water and we were already attending a party there that cost hundreds of dollars. Socks are required and they will even make sure parents follow that rule so bring socks! Then I was going to fill up the cups with water from the water fountain and the water fountain was broken or something because the water was hot! It has been like this there before. I think they do this just to sell more bottled water. I think that is sick. Water is one thing that should be free and be allowed to be brought in. That is too stingy. They have multiple bouncy houses and slides including two specifically for little kids. They also have some other toys for little kids like rocking horses. My kids always have fun there and it is always clean. I know they have open play times and then private party times but not sure exactly the hours. They won't let the kids go back and play once the food has been served during parties. They will block off the play area from you or deflate the inflatables. I think that is kinda stingy and nuts too. My kids have never puked after eating if they go play. So if you need a play to let kids burn off energy this is a good place to try but be prepared to buy water for $1.25 a bottle. The place is decorated very nice with lots of cartoon characters and bright colors.

They have a "toddler" section but they do nothing about older kids being in it. The bigger kids push past the small ones and nothing is said by parents or staff. My children's safety is my #1 priority so we will NOT being going here again.

I have been to Bounce USA to attend birthday parties multiple times. We come from Chattanooga. The place is pretty fun for kids. A bunch of different kinds of inflatables. They have one inflatable that is just for very small kids 2 and under which is nice. Parents are allowed on the big inflatables but not the ones for small kids. It can get very hot in there in the summer time. Outside food is not allowed I think. They have pizza for the parties. The parties are acceptable. They will turn the inflatables off after the eating part of the party and won't let the kids back on them. They claim the kids will throw up if they jump after eating. Which some kids may but my kids have jumped after eating on inflatables a billion times and they have NEVER thrown up. So I don't know about that logic honestly. They sell snacks and drinks there and balloons. The place has cute decorations.

My toddler couldn't play on anything really due to the older kids. They would push by him and get on the bounce things for the little ones and none of the staff would do anything about it.
