The place is a fun place to bowl. But the food was terrible the first time we had it. It was burnt and had so much cheese. But they fixed us a new one so it was so much better. Its a okay place but I wouldn't recommend food.

Facility is nice enough but staff not well versed for groups. Group sales never returned a call even after leaving them multiple messages. Would not honor tax exempt status for group with proper paperwork. Would I return? Probably not.

Holiday Bowl is on Hixson Pike next to the Super Bi-lo. It has a huge parking lot so plenty of parking. They do Cosmic Bowling on the weekends at night. They do charge a lot more for Cosmic bowling. They do birthday parties. They have an arcade that is expensive but nice. The bowling lanes are nice. I like the way they have it set up so that you have your own table and chairs for your lane and don't really feel like you are encroaching on the people next to you too much. They provide bumpers and the incline things for little kids to bowl. My 7 year old twin boys enjoy coming here to bowl. Sometimes I find free coupons for bowling from that kidsbowlfree.com site and then all we have to pay for is shoe rental. The employees are nice. They have a good snack bar that has all kinds of food and drinks. This bowling alley has an attacked karaoke bar called Legends that is pretty sweet. My husband and I go there a lot. It is small but cozy and fun. The bartenders are always very sweet and good. The guy that runs the karaoke named Pacman is really nice and a personal friend. They really get to know the regulars there and will reserve them tables and stuff like that. They also have a dart playing area. You can go in the bar and out to bowl easily so you can bowl, come to the bar for a bit and go back out in the bowling area. I have seen a birthday party going on at the bowling alley and it was set up nice. They reserve lanes and they set up a long table with chairs so all the party guests can sit together for cake. So nice place for a birthday party. They do have a lot of league stuff there and sometimes you can't get a lane during league night to play recreationally. Those usually go on during the weekday evenings. So go during the weekends or during the day during the week. I take my kids during the day during the week and nobody is there and we get the place all to ourselves. The first time I took my twins there the manager went and got old bowling pins from the back and gave them to my twins as a souvenir. I highly recommend this bowling alley.
