My travels in Western Tennessee are due to my child's ongoing martial arts training. The Tae Kwon DO program offers a yearly testing and training seminar in Dyersburg that brings participants and instructors in from about seven states. The program is three days long and I can tell you three days in Dyersburg is a long time. This was our third trip and we decided to get more aggressive about finding things. We found Magnolia Marketplace in Dyersburg but it could just as easily have been a boutique on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The owner farms and draws and has impeccable taste as a buyer for women's clothes. I've learned that if you find a shop with a buyer you like, you really can't go wrong. We saw a nice selection of Spring outfits, leggings, jewelry, and accessories. I don't have enough info to describe the brands, but I can attest that it was a pleasure to walk into, to talk with the owner and staff and that my wife certainly helped their bottom line during the two visits we made there.
