I recently purchased an original painting that I wanted framed but it was not on a stretcher and I knew I needed to take it to someone who knew what they were doing to be stretched and framed, so I took it to One of a Kind Gallery. Boy, did I make the right choice! It turned out absolutely beautifully! The cost extremely reasonable and that was even with their having had the stretcher custom made. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know for any custom frame work. They also have fantastic prices on art supplies AND really super local art for sale. You can't miss with this place!

This friendly gallery in downtown Bristol has only local artists and artisans. Who knew so much talent was hidden in the mountains of Tennessee and Virginia - Bristol's main street is actually the state line. They have paintings, pottery, jewelry, wood carvings, even books by local authors. The owner, a retired art teacher, runs this as a working and teaching gallery also. I have taken classes here, and they are fun! There are classes for all age and experience levels. They even do framing. One of my favorite places in Bristol.

If in Bristol stop downtown on State St. and visit One Of A Kind Gallery. Always friendly staff and the owner is usually on site. You will find artwork by local artists, pottery, jewelry etc. This area has wonderful artistry and all at reasonable prices. Spend an afternoon in Bristol walking State Street, great town.

One of a Kind Gallery is a lovely shop serving as an outlet for artists of many types - painting, jewelry, pottery, and others. Classes are offered frequently. Shop here for art for your home and for gifts in all price ranges. This gallery is one of the many interesting shops, galleries, and restaurants in downtown Bristol, Tenn./Va. Enjoy One of a Kind during the monthly gallery hop, called Art D'Vine.

We popped in here while walking around town checking out the antique stores. We chatted with a man who I believe was the owner and he was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgable about the area and about local art. There were many beautiful items for sale -- from pottery to glass -- and everything was created by local artists. Very nice!
