I enjoyed the Holiday Chocolate Walk they have every year in December to kick off their Cool Yule in Bristol. I found so many great, unique items to choose from for my loved ones for Christmas. From Danforth Pewters, to handcrafted pins made out of zippers, to pottery, to art work, it was wonderful one-stop shopping and keeping it local. It's worth the trip!

This little gem of an art gallery is staffed by volunteers, who also exhibit in the gallery. There is a broad range of products, from textiles for the kitchen to gorgeous enamel, sterling and gold-filled jewelry, felted hats and bags, pen and ink illustrations, pottery, works in oils and water colors, photography, fused glass...and the list goes on. You will be amazed at the outpouring of ideas and talent in this small space! The gallery is a non-profit community-supported co-operative, with over 100 artists mostly from Vermont. Across the street is the Bristol Bakery and there are several other great stores and eateries on Bristol's Main Street, right in the heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont. Be sure to check out their website: artonmain.net for more information.
