I took my 4 kids there today. 18 months, 4, 6, and 9. They had a blast on the rides (so did I). No school today, so we were there in the middle of the day. It was great. I've heard complaints about it not being very clean. I didn't have a problem. No different then other fun centers plus there are things for the smaller two that can't do go karts, laser tag, ect. Well worth the price.

We got sucked into a birthday party at this place and after walking in we knew we couldn't leave our kids here and come back after the party. The place was a nightmare with with all sorts of nooks and crannies. The side door was just open and the bathrooms were totally gross. Most of the equipment is in bad repair and we literally counted the minutes until we could make an exit with our boys. Not sure why people think this is a good idea?

Great indoor 'carnival' for the kids who might be going stir crazy in bad weather. Enough to do to keep the little ones happy and the price per child is reasonable for what you get.

There are a few things that could be improved on, like the attendants for rides. There are only a couple and when your child wants to ride one where there isn't an attendant then you have to wait, and with younger kids waiting is almost impossible. I think it would be better if there were more rides and less games. Because you pay 9 dollars for your child to get in there and you want them to use the money's worth of riding the rides, but with all the games your child wants to play those and that costs more money. The workers are very nice! Excellent customer service! which is why I couldn't give a bad review. The food such as corn dogs and pretzels are prepare in the microwave, which does leave them not tasting the greatest, but ok. The pricing could be worked on. Having to pay 9 for 2 year olds seems a bit much.

Great indoor rides for children and good pizza. We liked the crawl-through gym and the jungle rides in jeeps. Fun at its best.

We've been here for Birthday Parties several times over the past 2 years. Jungle Jim's is in worse condition every time we go back. During our most recent visit, several games were out of order, but all of the rides were in working order. Between the filthy carpets, to the thick layer of dust on top of all of the rides and a strong smell of mildew, it's obvious that Jungle Jim's is never cleaned. I can honestly say that McDonalds playland, or any public park is much cleaner, and in much better condition than Jungle Jim's.

Jungle Jim's needs some major updating. The place is dirty, and run down and certain things are just plain broken, they also over charged me for my child by 3$ then when asked about it the lady working acted as if I was crazy when they had it written in plain sight. I will definitely be trying to find a place like it but newer before I ever consider to return there. The employees who ran the rides were extremely nice however.

Jungle Jim's is in dire need of remodel. The place has definitely seen some better days. I bet it looked exactly the same 15 years ago. We came mid-day on a Friday and it was pretty empty, which was fine by me. We had a Groupon for 5 vists. Normally it's $9, parents get in free. The entry fee gets you unlimited rides (there are about 7 of them), everything else takes tokens, which can rack up really fast ($0.25 per token). The rides are operated by attendants who were slightly cheerless (can you blame them, though?), but were all polite. My 3 year old had a blast and didn't care the place was pretty drab. However, if it wasn't for our pass, I probably wouldn't come again. A definitely would not have a birthday party there.

The little kids don't mind and don't notice much how run down and old it is. Went for a birthday party that seemed to go off ok. They have absolutely no healthy food items and they don't let you bring anything in, but a cake for celebrating. Half of the games don't work and the rides are geared for little little kids. It could use a sprucin up, heck I'd pay more if I thought it would go towards update it a bit. Good for families on a budget.

We visited Jungle Jim's on a day that all the Salt Lake schools were in session and the schools in our county were not. As a result, we were one of maybe 5 families in the whole place and it was wonderful. We also had buy one get one free coupons, which made it really cheap too. As mentioned below, they only charge for children which is great because there are only two of the rides that adults can even go on. The employees were nice and accommodating. When we walked in, there only appeared to be 3 employees working and I was a little nervous. But they just moved from ride to ride with you and it all worked out fine. We were there for 2-3 hours and got to ride everything several times. However, I do need to point out that this isn't the cleanest place. We were there shortly after opening, so we can't blame the fact that they were too busy to clean. The bathroom was totally unacceptable. The floor was wet, and not because it had just been mopped. It was like standing water, with debris floating in it. I think one of the sinks was leaking, or perhaps a toilet. After the experience in the bathroom, I wouldn't dream of eating there. Several of the games were out of order, and a few others stole our tokens. They were replaced with a smile, but it was still annoying. So rated on cleanliness and everything being functional, it would be a 2. Rated on the rides and the employees, it would be a 4. So it works out to be a 3. Regular price is $9 for children over 2 and $6 for under two. Adults ride free with children. With the deal we had we paid $15 for three kids. If we had a similar deal, we'd go back!

My 2 and 5 year old boys love to go here and play. They have a merry go round, mini swings, bumper cars, jungle play area, airplanes, turny ride and jeeps. Plus you can pay extra for tokens and play lots of games. It is nice that only children have to pay. Parents ride free. Food items are overpriced, but the pizza and wings are yummy.

This place needs a drastic overhaul, but my kids had a good time! The whol place smells like urine. I wouldn't recommend eating any of the food!

This is a fun place to just go crazy. I would strongly recommend it for smaller kids (elementary school) or big kids (college/adult). I don't think teens would really get a kick out of this place and would probably become bored.
