Great place to get some outdoor exercise that is not too strenuous. We started in Moscow and the trail is well maintained, with occasional bathrooms and places to stop. The hills were mostly on the way back because it is a slight downhill from Moscow and we had the wind at our faces on the way back as well. (approx 12 miles one way)The trail to Pullman the other way was a bit flatter and shorter (7 miles one way) and ends right near Washington State University. We rode our bikes all the way around the campus in a loop, stopping to view and have a snack. We rented bikes from Paradise bike rentals on Main Street in Moscow, they were very helpful and nice and found us bikes that worked well for us. They provide helmets and a bike lock as well. Nice way to see little parts on Moscow and Pullman, WA when your in town.

As outdoor enthusiasts we fell in love with the fact that Moscow has a bike path that runs out across the fields in to the more mountain area of Troy. Beautifully kept and maintained. I give my props to this place and really thankful to the Moscow Chamber Visitor Center for telling us about this.

This trail is not too difficult and provides beautiful views of the Palouse wheat fields to the west, then green, piney forests to the east near Troy. There are a few hills but nothing too tough. Plenty of benches and a few restrooms along the way make this a perfect family, couples, or solo outing for the cyclist. We loved it and rode it end to end both days we were in the area.

Well-maintained trail with easy access. It's easy to find and connects to another trail towards Pullman.

I live in this area and use the trail to commute between Moscow, Idaho and Pullman, WA. It's a great opportunity to exercise and get to work. I also have biked to Troy, Idaho on this trail for fun. Although improvements are made every year, there could be a lot more in the way of beautifying the trail.

The trail starts fairly near our hotel and with GPS directions we could find it with no problem. It's a level paved hiker-biker path that made a good exercise walk of about 4 miles before we started our day. Seems to be used a lot by University of Idaho students commuting to campus. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and courteous. Small parking area near a Domino's at the beginning of the trail. I also noted a couple of other parking areas further up along the trail.

This bike trail has many places to get on and off. A good part of it is quite flat and easy, and it is paved. Towards Troy It gets hilly and more challenging. There are also pedestrians and sometimes dogs on the trail, but the dogs are required to be leashed.

An asphalt paved rail trail, the trail begins in Moscow and ends in Troy, the section nearest Troy is the most scenic. Total trail length is 11 miles. If you begin in Moscow there is a small grocery store in downtown Troy to resupply.

This bike trail is all paved so beautiful. You will pass a variety of scenic Palouse area landscapes: wheat fields, treed areas, the rolling hills. Rural America at its finest. Ride from Moscow to Troy and have lunch, tea or a latte at The Filling Station café on Main St. in Troy. Visit the Troy library or stop in the park and then ride back.

Well-maintained, scenic trail, offers off-highway safe access to a great ride. Depending on the wind, the pitch and pace make for a lot of fun.

A great option to walk away from traffic, although it is next to the Moscow-Pullman highway.

I went in the spring, and had an allergy attack. Bring Benedryl, and Nasal Cort, if you are allergic to grasses... Otherwise I had a great time.. I should have known better. Lots of scenery. I think I am allergic to beauty sometimes.

This path is 30 + miles long and paved. Great for family biking. It connects the communities of Pullman, Moscow and Troy and is a great day trip.
