Whatever your reason to enjoy the company of friends-who-cook, you will have a ball at Saga Hill Cooking School (and be able to eat what you prepare, which will be the best meal of the entire week!)My Board of Director colleagues weren't all that keen to cook together but were quickly converted. The school is housed in a splendid old factory building with original tin ceilings, all the pipes artfully left just as they were, but painted to fit the decor. The dining and cocktail areas were as beautifully appointed as any home and the cooking arena, well, that was special. All chrome, well outfitted and humorously supervised by the quirky executive chef who may be worth the price of admission alone! We were challenged to do our bits within one hour! We got to each make one course according to some terrific recipes which you definitely want to try at home. I hope you get to make salmon scampi linguini, Thai spring rolls, and salad with warm citrus bacon dressing so you can wow your friends with this dishes when you are back home.
