traditional golf course

Although this course was well kept, it was very flat and not challenging at all. We gave up after 9 holes and went to another course.

Played this course with a few friends and we all ended up very disappointed in this course. They were doing a lot of work to the course which it needs. The course itself is located in a housing community with homes situated right beside the fairways. The course itself is short and extremely tight. Not a good thing when a tee shot goes offline into someone's back yard. Speaking of this, the 16th hole was an adventure as we got yelled at for 5 minutes about a tee shot . There was no need for this and the profanity we got to listen to was wrong. I should of known because we were told of people living on the 16th fairway sitting waiting for ya. I thought they were just kidding but no, they were right. This ruined our day. If you are going to Brezzy Point on the All Inclusive, avoid this course. Not worth playing.

Nice par 68 course with a good mix of challenging fairways and greens. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Not a long and difficult course...just a walk in the park. Clubhouse staff is friendly. Greens generally good.

The Tradional Golf Course at Breezy Point is an easy play with a few challenging twists on the holes on the other side of the road. Compared to the its championship neighbor, the trad is a bit narrower and can be played faster.

Nestled through out the trees in Breezy Point is a beautiful old golf course that almost speaks to you in time. IT has seen thousands of people throughout its years that is like a dear old friend that will challange you. You have to be a "straight shooter" as the trees on both sides love to steal your balls.

It's an ok course but the front is wide open and the back is tucked in the woods.
