这里的黑道不错。各种小树林也挺有意思 有些不是很难。Family area也很有意思。有个tram可以一下放很多人 从上面下来有个dj trail挺爽的。推荐。

Today we skied Cannon for the first time this ski season. As is usual at Cannon and Franconia Notch, weather can be highly variable. Today the clouds were very low, it was snowing and the visibility was poor. Cannon can be an exceptional mountain. Today, due to the freeze the night before and poor visibility, the skiing was not without stress. On a good day, Cannon can be awesome. The Tuckerbrook area is great for newbies and makes Cannon a better place for families with beginners than Waterville Valley. The Mittersill section can humble almost any skier. But today, with very poor visibility, the mountain was not at its best.

one of the best mountains i ever been on..has so much to offer.. winter time..come on..its a mountain of Bode Miller.. perfect for skiers of any level, but i think its harder than most regular mountains on east coast. dont forget 70+ people gondola to the top.. summer time..take same gondola for great views, and you actually hike up the mountain..and dont forget the Beach at Echo lake..water is so clean and crisp..perfect..for a state run mountain its one of the best.

I went to Cannon for the first time to Cannon Mountain ski area. It is known as a skiers mountain and I can see why. Plenty of Black Diamond slopes to entertain the more serious of skiers. They were making plenty of snow and had a decent amount of the mountain open, but not the whole mountain. The base lodge was OK, but at lunch had to eat at one of the stand up tables but they do not have stand up chairs for the stand up tables. The base lodge could use some upgrade. The lunch was good and homemade at their base lodge cafeteria. Had the beef borginon, not sure I spelled that correct and it was very good for just under $10. The upstairs bathroom is kind of lacking too and needs an upgrade and the downstairs bathroom was cleaner. Had hot chocolate break early in the AM at an upper lodge and they have a separate bar area as they do below in the base and the lower base bar area is very very nice. All in all a very good ski experience, and they are lesser cost than the not state controlled areas. I would go back for sure, but only with good conditions. I was told it is a cold mountain, but all ski areas can be cold.

A must see if you're a skier. Lots of choices for every level of skier. The runs are great...the moguls are fabulous!!!

Cannot say enough about our ski trip to Franconia and Cannon Mountain. The prices definitely was our main draw but once we arrived we were quite pleased with the choice. Lots of choices for every level of skiing. All of the kids boarded at different levels but were able to spend time together because of all the choices. Continually making snow and ski safety a priority. Couldn't have made a better choice. Family friendly, nice lodge especially since I don't ski. Patrons were friendly, helpful and always willing to engage in conversation. Would come back here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to everyone. We were pleased we had bought a two day pass, again couldn't beat the price especially because offered military and college discounts.

The ski area is wonderful, if you like moguls. The windswept slopes provide the best moguls (little humps to bigger humps) of piled snow that skiers use to create excitement in downhill runs.Loved it.

While visiting the Franconia NH area, we decided to look at things from a new perspective! From "on high" the White Mountains and the fall colors were spectacular! In addition to a smooth tram ride straight up to the top, the park personnel were very personable and knowledgeable about the surrounding area what to look for in the trees along the way... sadly, we didn't see any exciting wildlife, but it was fun to know that at any moment we might have seen a bear or moose. The coffee shop at the top had wonderful hot beverage offerings and alternative food offerings for folks like me on a diet! all in all, it was a wonderful experience and I'll always remember the gentle snow flakes in the air! For a Florida cracker, that was the real treat!!

About a 5 minute tram ride to the top. We went in early October. Leaves were fading out but still a nice view from the top. Don't think I would do it again though. There is a nice short hike at the top but can be windy and cold. If you are planning on doing the Flume Gorge, you can get combo tickets here and save a few bucks.

The tram was O.K. but nothing spectacular. Unfortunately the leaves in NH were just about done when we took the tram to the top of Cannon Mountain so the views were pretty unremarkable.

We took the tram ride up in October, after buying the Discovery Pass (included the tram and gorge). The leaves were beautiful. Be sure to do the hike around the top of the mountain. It is a very short, easy hike and worth it for the spectacular views. We also went up the observation tower; it was neat to be in the clouds. There was a storm coming in and the workers warned people not to wander off too far - be sure to check out the weather before you go.

The ride was short and although you could view the valley and mountains below, the Fall colors were not as vibrant as when you see them from the street level. However, there are picnic tables at the top and we had brought our lunch enjoying the outdoors. A bit pricey even with the combo ticket to the Flume.

We took the aerial tramway up to the top and the views were just stunning. The day was warm and sunny and the fall foliage was incredible. It is impossible to put into words the beauty of it all. Ride up takes about 10 minutes and at the top there are different walks to follow, and a tower to climb for more views over a lake. You could also see large mountains in the distance, some shrouded in cloud. Little café at the top also, with outside seating. Very pleasant little interlude.

We went up the cable car to the peak, absolutely stunning views of the country side. The trees changing colour, from golden, claret and bright red. Well worth the visit.
