Great for trail ruinning or snow shoeing or walking the dog or just a nice walk in the woods. There is also a tower at the park that has a 360 degree view. Love it.

Great place for a walk,climb the fire tire for the best view all the way up to the white mountains. Dogs welcome on a leash. Year round trails.

This town park is family and pet friendly with an exception noted below. Ample parking, pick up after your dog and you can play frisbee or take em' for a X country run. Fun trails for bikes or hikes. One huge word of caution, this same area is used for hunting as well so pet owners, runners and everyone beware. There are no warning signs even though a grade school abuts the park but many a hiker and runner have been startled by crossing paths wiht a hunter bearing a gun or bow and arrow. Kind of freaky but the town feels strongly that it is the hunters right to do so, just be warn and don't let pets and/or small children. Would have given top marks except for this concern.

A great place to enjoy some outdoor activities especially the concerts in the summer! Family fun!!

Close to Exeter making it a convenient place for a walk. The fire tower offers a nice view of the seacoast. It's worth checking out, but you can see it all in a few hours or less.
