I have been going to Innovations for about 5 years. I have never had a bad experience there. It is always relaxing and enjoyable. Once I had a massage, all of my other visits have been for hair. Hands down my favorite part of the appointment is the shampoo/conditioner. The staff is trained to literally massage the scalp and temples while doing the shampoo and conditioner. So relaxing it is not even funny. The staff is always super friendly and professional. My hairdresser is Casey and she is a rock star. If you a re looking for a great salon and spa, this place is it.

I have been a few times and the staff makes you feel as you should, relaxed and glad to be there. They give you neck warmers and you dress in robes and sandals. The last time I went in March. It was a great and relaxing day. I got a pedicure for the first time and a massage which felt great. I also got a vichy message which is dong with water on your back and she messages you while the water sprays on you, very relaxing. I also got my make up applied and my hair done. Both were great. I have not had such a great haircut in years!
