the big playhouse

Everything was wonderful. Well organized staffs and owner.Pretty much well maintained place. It is like children's small world.Most popular room was beauty shop among little ladies.So spacious and they do offer COFFEE for our guest parents!!!We called Cinderella princess and Balloon guy and they were both nice and professional.We had so much fun and everyone in my daughter's class talked about this birthday party after.TWO THUMBS UP!!!

This place is very clean and fun for kids. However the price point is a bit high. $18 for a few hours of play. I would be visiting once a week if the price was more around $12-$14. For $18 I will probably just visit a few times a year. I also don't like that you can't have both parents with a child with out paying for one parent. That would be almost $30 for a family of three. More about the facility. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Tons of rooms for kids to explore and use their imaginations. It's basically like a toy store where kids can touch and play with everything. Very cute.

The play space itself is fabulous and is easily worth an excellent rating without recent challenges. It is clean, well cared for and a lot of fun for toddlers. Staff is friendly and attentive when there...however the last four attempts to visit the playhouse were met with an emergency closure and the space was not available. For a space with posted hours and the option to also walk-in unannounced during those hours, this seems not the best model for a business. Special events are also often announced by email with limited notice so although you may be interested you often have other conflicts. I hope the recent kinks get worked out quick and they are regularly open during their posted hours - otherwise at least one frustrated patron will be taking a hike!!

Great for little ones! Very clean ans very nice staff. My 16 month old son and my 2 1/2 year old niece were able to explore and an educational and safe environment.
