We visited Sweat Factory as a poorly trained family... We were worried to make fools of ourselves. The owner, Emerson, could not be nicer and more supportive. He was encouraging to our children, kind to the grown ups and challenging to the more fit members of the family. He really knew how to communicate and share his passion.We did last week end the birthday of our younger son there during his off hours. It was in-cre-dible. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. the party was so well prepared, it was hard to believe.We so recommend it.
