I've been going here monthly for two years. I love this place. I've had three of their massage therapists and they are all excellent. The place is spotless. I love the sauna and shower room. A terrific value. This is my go to place for a massage. I've been to many and they don't come close.

This was the 3rd time I visited a hidden little day spa in Hillsdale, located on the main street. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but once inside it's as if you are in an oasis. No outside noise, quiet and calming music, water trickling, dimmed lighting. Small but cozy - you get a robe to change into, a locker for your belongings, tea or water before you start.Every massage starts with a foot bath and cleansing, which is a nice way to get you to relax. Their staff is extremely professional and nice. You are led to a room outfitted with a massage table and get under a warm blanket. I had the swedish massage and it was blissful. The masseuse had just the right touch, including using hot stones before she massaged my back and shoulders.Upon completing the massage, one can shower in a glorious stone shower, complete with all the items you need - shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel, plenty of towels, hair items, etc - so you can go on with your day or evening. The owner is lovely - very sweet and polite. I'll return again & again & can't praise this spa enough - I've had many massages in different places - I think this massage is 100 times better than any of the Hiltons or spas such as the Fountains in the area!

Some Pros, but HUGE Cons! My husband and I booked package for an hour facial and an hour and a half for $320 to celebrate our first anniversary. The facials were EXCELLENT, very efficient, and very relaxing. However, the massage was a different story. We did a couple's massage and it started out very nicely, but then about 40 mins. into the massage during the foot reflexology I felt my masseuse only using one hand and stopping every other second. Since I had an eye pillow over my eyes I asked my husband (in spanish which is our first language) to look and see why she was only using one hand. My husband said that she was rubbing my foot with one hand and TEXTING with the other. He was so put off that he told me he wanted to leave. I figured, by her name, that my masseuse could understand spanish and might overhear our conversation prompting her to stop texting. She didn't. Within the next 5 mins. she never put her phone away and continued texting. Seeing that level of unprofessionalism, my husband asked both ladies to leave the room and said that we were absolutely done with our massages. There was NO manager working to complain to so we had to complain to a receptionist, who then needed to call the manager. We were told that the reason she was checking her phone was because her child was home sick...I have children myself and I have worked in salons for 10 years and I would have NEVER texted while tending to a client. There is no reason she couldn't have excused herself for having an emergency, I would've appreciate that much more than getting a half-assed foot massage. The only resolution they came up with was reimbursing us $10 each to cover the reflexology part. They did offer for me to come back to get reflexology done, but we live 90+ mins. away and there's no way I would drive that far for a 30 min. reflexology session. The next day I called the manager who refused to believe that the masseuse was texting even though I reassured her that my husband saw her. She argued that they have never had that complaint against her, but I don't know how that was supposed to make MY experience any better. My husband was so angry and I was so disenchanted with the level of unprofessionalism and the excuses that were made. Again, I have had my children home sick while at work, but I NEVER gave my clients any less of a service. I will never ever go here again, and I will never advise anyone else to go, because if one of their employees acts unprofessionally you will NOT be accommodated.

I have been here on 4 different occassions and not once was I satisfied with the therapists. Not only that, they are not properly equipped to massage you on your stomach - their headrests never fit properly. Not worth the drive, time or money.
