Locals love their custom made big chicken pies or seasoned rotisserie chickens to take home with one of their signature salads and a fresh loaf of bread! Tiny restaurant, but always delicious food, with a lot of the produce grown on the premises.

This is a beautiful spa in the Los Lunas area. I went with a friend for a full day of relaxation. I had a mani and pedi and a facial. We spent a large part of our day in the baths which included a large hot tub and pool area. We were able to order our lunch when we arrived and it was delicious and beautifully presented. The Bistro has wine and beer for sale as well as fresh salads, sandwiches, and other gourmet type dishes. They have an on site organic garden which the chef uses for herbs and in season vegetables. It's pretty up-scale for this area, but not snooty or uncomfortable. It's a big city spa in a little town. With the feel of a country spa.
