Beautiful the architect is just awesome. It is a shame some of the Catalikce School is run down next to it.

As you walk up facing the cathedral about several feet from the door you can see the out line on your left facing down of the original location you can just imagine what was it like back then and it was rather small 12 by12 maybe I don't know but I tell you I like to sit in the plaza in front of the church and watch the people pass by ,and many of those who's family have walk the same foot paths as they have.very nice very peaceful .

We visit it on every trip if we happen to be there on a Sunday, we stop to attend mass. It is located right in the center of the old Laredo. There is a beautiful park just in front of it, walking around it or just sitting there is nice and peaceful.

The church is well maintained inside, and inviting. Bright and airy. Felt very free to go inside and look around.

This is a historical treasure with clean architecture and simple beauty. There are ornate fixtures but the focus is spirituality. The priest I heard was well-spoken; he shared a practical message relevant to the world with an emphasis on service and charity.Having visited impressive cathedrals and austere monasteries, I can't say this is a breathtaking building. It is a worthwhile detour on a trip if you are already in the area.

I've been a member of St. Augustine for over ten years. I like coming to the oldest church in Laredo. Many of my family members have been baptized, confirmed, or had their first communion here.

I was very pleased to go see this attraction. The view from the front door is breath taking....It is absolutely beautiful...definitley recommend going to see this if you are ever in laredo

A beautiful church for a wedding or just to visit. Beautiful, beautiful stained glass windows and statuary. Large, but not massive.

La catedral de San Agustín es la sede católica en Laredo, se ubica frente a la plaza del mismo nombre y forma parte del casco histórico de la ciudad. Su construcción es de estilo Gótico, contando con una torre campanario con su reloj redondo hacia cada punto cardinal.Cuenta con atrio abierto y se encuentra perfectamente conservada.Como llegar:- El acceso es fácil, apenas al cruzar la garita fronteriza se dobla a la derecha y en menos de 5 minutos caminando.

Esta en el centro de Laredo enfrente de la posada es bonita y pues debido a que ya tiene muchos ańos esta bien ir para conocer.
