for the price, (free), this is a no brainer to take the kids too and spend an hour or so learning about the history of snyder. the talking buffalo is fun

The folks working there do a great job with the rotating presentations, programs for kids and adults and the static displays. Well worth the time to visit and peruse, but don't forget to talk to the staff as well. And since they have the rotating displays, don't just go by once and think that you have seen it all.

I live in Snyder, so might consider me biased. This is a great museum that strives to be uniquely it's own character and has a rotating exhibit schedule and they also have lots of different activities. It's worth a stop AND it's FREE!
