Very slow golf as this club accepts groups of 5 or even 6 instead of the standard foursome. Though there were many apologies given by the marshal this did not speed up play. Also, when having lunch there I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without cheese. It arrived with melted cheese in it. The waitress was very apologetic when I pointed this out. She took it away and returned a few minutes later with the same sandwich but most of the cheese had been scraped off. Zero points for effort.

This is one of my favorite public courses in the DFW area. Always in great shape and a very relaxing layout. Greens are almost perfect Bermuda, the fairways and rough are usually in great to excellent shape.

This course is probably one of the top 10 in the DFW area. It has a great clubhouse, and one of the best practice areas I've seen; including two sand bunkers. Also it's actual course is outstanding. Although pricey it is well worth an outing.

I actually live nearby Bridlewood and frequent its practice area. I made the mistake on ordering new set of Irons following a demo day. In hindsight, I should've followed my gut when no two employees knew what was going on w/demo day nor returned my repeated calls. But I had decent experiences with them and wanted to give them my business - since I'd save about $300. First, it took 2 weeks for them to give me a price quote on the clubs (nothing special with the specs - standard lie, upgraded shaft, 1 1/2 longer....). Ordered on 6/24 and told it would take 7-10 days. Checked on status on 7/3 and told it was shipped that day. Granted, it was the 4th weekend so I understood a possible further delay. Here we are mid-late July and still no clubs. Even with the holiday, they should've been delivered already. Phone calls not returned, club pro always out of office, and patience wearing thin. Would you believe the most current update said the clubs "we're still being developed due to the custom specs." All that means is they lied about the shipment date, did not place the order when they said it was done, and - once again - promises to get to the bottom of it. I should've ordered direct from Callaway and for the $300 eliminate the heartache. As for the course, challenging, bit over priced, and greens will not hold shots. I only play it if a discount is involved. After this experience, I don't think I'll be back.

This is a nice and well kept course. The fairways are rolling and the greens are slow.. You golf in between bridlewood'sneighborhoods and see all the nice houses too. Good service in bar, cart ladies and pro shop! This is definitely a place to check out!

They work on a skeleton crew and treat the workers horribly. I won't support a business that doesn't maintain their equipment nor has fair treatment of their employees.

We played at a golf tourney on a Sunday morning. The golf course is in pretty good shape even with all the poor weather that's gone through the area.A lot of fun holes. All the par 3's were difficult.Good service from the bar staff, cart girls. The only flaw was that all the actual green cups/holes were cut poorly ( maybe because of freezing?) so they were a bit loose on the edges.

Really enjoyed playing this course with my dad. One of the marshall's was golfing by himself that day so we joined up with him which was definitely useful! Ended up shooting my best game of my life . Really Beautiful course. If you are a golfer, check it out.

Was always passing this place on the way to Tour 18. Saw some IdealGolfer coupons and gave it a shot. Liked it enough to play here three times in about 4 months. There are some tough holes, and some really fun ones, too. #17 is a tough par-3; a little tight, and a little long. Bust out a 3-wood to reach the green. Hole #8, a par-3 over water can be tricky even on a calm day. Love the hilltop view on #16, a par-5 that claims "birdies for the taking."All in all, this is a great course.

Played at this course on a business outing, so I don't know the cost. The clubhouse is nice, but not spectacular. It is hard to describe the overall feel of the club other than to say that it seemed like money could be an issue as things were not bad, but they were just ok. Several of us got a sandwich to take to the course, and the bread/roll it came in seemed a few days to old, as it was pretty tough to chew. The course was fun to play and in pretty good shape, but is not a spectacular layout. The staff was nice, the pro shop a bit sparse. If the green fee is reasonable, I would recommend playing the course. I wouldn't pay a lot of money to play the course. Overall I would rate this club as not bad, but not great.

Varying fairways from tight to wide, plenty of challenges for any skill level.Enjoyable round every time. Can get a little expensive if playing at a prime time, but they do have Friday specials if you sign up for their email club.Anyone who says the course is chewed up has not been in a few years. They overseeded everything and now it is lush and green.

We signed are son up for Bridlewood's Summer Camp and he enjoyed it so much we just signed him up for next weeks camp. While my son was attending camp I had plenty of time to spend around the facility and it is beautiful. I couldnt believe this was a public facility. The staff treated me excellent and made me feel like I was at home. The course is beautiful, lunch was delicious and we will frequently be visiting Bridlewood in the near future. Thank you guys so much for turning our kid on to the game of golf.

We flew in as a group of 12 from out of state. We booked our tee times well ahead of time, arrived early and were golfing at a good pace. The course had also booked a shotgun start tournament right behind us and ended up making us skip holes to accommodate the tournament. They did give us a small refund, but I didn't fly 1500 miles to hit 16 holes. It appears the current trend is to overbook the course and figure it out on the fly.

The Friday night dinners are very family friendly. Good food, friendly staff and Friday night dinner specials.

For a public course it is very well maintained. The fairways were well marked and manicured. The greens were fast. I don't play a lot of golf so don't look for an expert view, but it was a fairly easy course to play, fairly open and not a lot of obsticles. Reasonably priced ( I played during week).
