$55.00 per person is a steep price for this attraction. While it boasts the "longest zipline in TX", there is nothing thrilling about this attraction. There are 4 ziplines in a square pattern. So, you basically make a big square. There's no going through tree canopies, interesting skyline views.....just nothing. The decline in drops isn't even thrilling; they're all almost completely level. The front check in staff was pushy and rushing people to get ready and go out. The actual staff ON the ziplines with us were awesome! There was this one guy who was a firefighter but working there part-time. He made fast friends with my 10 yr old daughter, tandem zipped with her and helped her out so much. He will be part of her awesome memory of the place. I liked that they had early morning times, so we could avoid the 100+ TX heat. They were convienently located and accessible. But, on the whole, not thrilling and too expensive. So, I'd give a 3 out of 5.

My husband and I did the Wired Zip Line Challenge on our honeymoon. It was amazing. My husband was a little scared at first but the staff was so helpful, by the time we got to the top of the first tower he was reading to fly. We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed hanging out with the staff afterwards. We will definetly be recommending them to our friends.

My family and I tried the Zip line this weekend and all I can say is AWESOME!!!!! Mike and Shirley were so kind, informative and patient. The staff was professional and funny and it was a good family atmosphere for all. My husband is a Pastor at Manna House in Mabank,TX so it wasn't very far and is close enough to come again and again. I encourage all persons who may think this sounds fun but can barely hear over their knees knocking, that was me....but I did it anyway. Challenge yourself but let it be known at all times you are on a line and they do all the line exchanges. Thank you Jesus, because I was so preoccupied I wouldn't want to rely on myself. Seriously, please come out and I promise you will enjoy this experience and feel like you may want to move onto other adventures. My next adventure is going to be Tandem Sky Diving or Para-Sailing. I'd also like to mention this maybe a good teambuilder for Church(Youth Groups), Work and Families between Holdiays when you are out at Canton Trade Days anyway. Spiice up your life, you're only old when you sit down and don't get back up. Whoo hoo, keep rockin Mike and Shirley-God Bless all of you and thank you for your zest in life. Your Friend, Christine L. P.

The ultimate adrenaline rush can be found at WIRED. It’s true. This zip-lining challenge course is waiting to whisk the day tripper looking for an adventure across 15 acres of Texas swampland and countryside. One of the first of it's kind in the area, WIRED joins the ranks with popular zip-line tours once found only in vacation destinations or adventure camps around the world. The course links four zip lines and two wooded suspension bridges to professionally engineered steel platforms towering 45- and upwards of 90-feet off the ground. The trip to WIRED is not for the faint of heart and it takes a minimal level of arm strength and stamina to play. Zipmasters at WIRED say speeds vary by person depending on weight and crosswinds, and Dallas Day Trips exceeded speeds of 45 mph!All participants spend time with certified WIRED guides for zip line training and safety instruction prior to stepping on the course. Great for an outing with family, friends, or for a team-building event ... you can even go alone and meet other adventure seekers. Pack a picnic and plenty of water, wear closed-toe shoes, socks and tie back long hair before you go.The course was fun. It was an adventure and definitely worth the drive.Read more about my experience at WIRED, see pictures and a video: http://www.examiner.com/x-9195-Dallas-Day-Trips-Examiner~y2009m6d24-Adrenalinejunkies-take-the-zipline-challenge-at-WIRED-in-Canton-TX
