This is a nice waterpark, just wish there was a deeper area for the bigger kids to enjoy. The slides are nice and my daughter enjoys the lazy river. There is a nice kiddie area for the little ones. The snack bar has a good menu. Overall enjoy my visits.

The pool is nice for little kids but it is shallow and the slide etc is very nice. The lifeguards DO not pay attention at all so make sure and watch your kid. My biggest problem was how dirty the locker room floor was. It was black and gross...really bad. No toilet paper in the stalls no hand soap....just gross. They opened w a 2 hour delay because they THOUGHT it might rain. Be prepared if you drive. If I do go back I will skip the locker room and call prior.

The water park was very fun and my kids had a blast! HOWEVER.... Lifeguards were unattentive in kiddy pool area. On more than one occasion others had to rescue kids because lifeguards were too busy flirting.

For the price to get in this place is nice and enjoyable, and the food price are good. We traveled in from San Angelo and it was worth the drive.

The folks in Big Spring have figured out a way to bring West Texas tourists in during the summer's heat--a fantastic public water park with slides, fountains, lazy river. They have sell food and have a pavilion for parties and family reunions. If you've ever been to one of those big city, expensive water parks, then you know what a bargain this in. Open from Memorial Day until the end of July.
