Nice atmosphere, beautiful grounds and great wine! This was our last stop on a winery tour and the staff were very accommodating of our large party.

Stopped here for Valentine's Day special chocolate and wine tasting. The chocolates (made by in-house chef of winery bistro) were terribly decadent but a little too sweet for my taste. Dessert wines were tasty and reasonably priced. Amazed at the variety of wines provided by the winery -- all from grapes grown on the premises. Seems like a very popular winery with high volume of visitors.

I love going to Cross Keys because it feels like being in the Mediterranean! The buildings are beautiful and the grounds are well-kept. The wine is the best part! Amazing! Honestly do not drink any other VA wine except this- it is the best.

There are a lot of vineyards in Virginia so we decided to visit this one. It is a beautiful property with vines as far as you can see. The main house sits on a hill & it looks huge. There is a restaurant were you go for the wine tasting. You can sit on a patio outside if you choose to eat.The people are very nice.The wine was okay a little pricey. We didn't buy any because we are CA wine lovers but it was a nice place to visit.Also there are a few distilleries in VA that make vodka.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your review and for visiting CrossKeys Vineyards. We apologize for your experience, however we believe there are some inconsistencies in your remarks. We are concerned you may be referring to another vineyard, based on some of your comments. Our most expensive tasting is $8; this option allows guests to taste all 11 of our wines, given they are available. We also do not and have never sold oyster crackers. We hope you give us another chance and return to CrossKeys Vineyards when you can.
