We got a Groupon and used it during the holiday weekend. Nice clean place and a fun tour with chocolate samples and chance to make your own bar.

Wonderful family owned chocolate business. Went for the tour and learned about how and where chocolate comes from. And got to make my own chocolate bar! Very good chocolate, nice atmosphere. Worth the trip.

The chocolate is unbelievably delicious. The price was actually not bad for specialty chocolates. I also buy sugar free for family members that have diabetes and they say you can't even tell its sugar free

My family and I ran across an ad for a visit to the Fascia's Chocolate factory for a chocolate experience. I didn't know there was a chocolate factory in Waterbury, well I'm glad we found it! We had a great time! This family run business does an excellent job in explaining how chocolate is made by presenting classroom style with video and hands on. The experience includes making your own chocolate bar, sampling different types of chocolate and a gelato! The classroom has windows directly out to the production floor. There is a beautiful shop where you can purchase chocolate and you receive a free small gelato of your choice. The experience lasts about an hour and you can spend time watching the production floor, looking at artwork, and items in glass cases. As the young kids love making the chocolate bar, I feel the overall experience is better for those 10 and over.

For Father's Day, I gave my husband and our son a "tour, tasting and chocolate bar making" gift at Fascia's. It was fantastic!! Our 2 grandchildren, ages 3 & 5, cam along too and everyone had a grand time personalizing their very own chocolate bar to take home. After the tour we all enjoyed a great dish of gelato.
