Great piece of property and delicious wine and the food is out of this world. But... The service and owners couldn't be friendlier! They go out of their way to make your experience a wonderful one! Don't wait to check it out.

We visited this winery to take a cooking class with friends and we walked away feeling very blessed, to have found a true gem located basically in our back yard. I wish I could remember all of their names but two I won't soon forget; Nanni and Dee! They made us laugh, and made us cry with the stories of how this winery came to be while cooking us a beautiful Italian meal. They pulled volunteers from the crowd to help cook and made it very interactive. The wines are all amazing and I will especially recommend the Chardonnay and the Sizzle Merlot that we so enjoyed with our dinner but in the end we bought a case of their lovely wines to bring home because they were ALL THAT GOOD. If ever you want to visit a vineyard that has a down home feeling with plenty of charm and ambiance, then please choose this one! You won't be sorry! We are going back this weekend! We want more of a great time!

Simply the best. Just go. Totally the vineyard you have in your mind. The wine quality was the best and the overall experience was a ten.

Visiting Dalice Elizabeth each year is a lot of fun. It is a long distance from home but a pleasure to try the various wines. Even bought a few bottles too!!

We spent the most relaxing afternoon sitting outdoors, lakeside, tasting well crafted wines. This family owned and operated winery produces exceptional wines. Live music and friendly staff made this our new favorite place.

Seven of us went to the winery for their wine/chocolate tasting. We also had 2 cheese platters which were extraordinary. The setting is very relaxing, especially sitting outside near the pond. Everyone at the winery is very friendly. Check out their website: www.daliceelizabeth.com They have terrific events taking place at various times. We have participated in their cooking class. Fantastic experience.

Two major things make this winery stand out from any I've been to in Connecticut. First, the owners, in particular, and also their staff, are welcoming in such a genuine way that by the time you leave you feel like family. Second, the wines (and particularly the Old Vine Zinfandel and the Cabernet Sauvignon for me) are without question the best Connecticut wines I've had. So if you love great wine and enjoy a casual friendly setting, you must visit Dalice Elizabeth's. You won't find Napa style chateaus and conventional large elbow to elbow tasting rooms. The grandeur of Dalice Elizabeth's is in the hearts of John and Mary-Lee and their grandson, Blaze, and in the spirit of their daughter, Dalice.

Spent a beautiful weekend day here and could not have had a better time. Greeted by multiple people before even sitting down, we immediately felt welcome and at home. Definitely plan on going back

Went here for the first time yesterday and it is by far the best experience I've ever had at winery in the CT area (or anywhere!). The wine was excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Oh and the live music by Dee was fantastic. I can't think of a better way to spend a weekend afternoon. Definitely worth the trip and will come back any chance I get.

Tasia made our visit relaxing and fun. Sipping a sample of wines by the pond and enjoying live music made for a relaxing afternoon. We'll be back!

What a great family owned and operated winery. My partner and I have considered having our wedding here. Best family run winery. Do the tasting on a lovely afternoon. Well worth the trip out there.

I visited here for the first time last weekend and had an excellent experience. The winery is very casual and not very large. The retail building itself is more like a shed. The setting is somewhat rustic and very country. There are port a potties and the furniture is mismatched however the mismatched furniture is party of the charm. There are a few different seating options and tastings can be done outside with waitress service or indoors. There are shaded areas, a large tree and a pond. We sat under some actual grapevines. We also had the cheese platter which went nicely with the wine. My favorite was a chili merlot that definately had the taste of the chilies in it. On this Sunday, there was someone playing acoustic guitar which was just nice in the background, so we could still have a conversation. I would definately go back here again and would like the try the cooking classes that they offer in the main house. Our waitress, Pam, was excellent in both her level of service, knowing when to come with our next tasting, and what to suggest.

This is my favorite vineyard in Connecticut! A small tasting room doesn't detract from this vineyard because you can have your tasting outside overlooking the pond. That's right, the servers will bring each selection to you! Amazing service. And some of the best wines in the state. Don't miss this gem.

Been to this place a few times! I would definitely reccomend it. To be able to sit by the peaceful pond, sip on their delicious wines while listening to soothing music in the background is an excellent way to spend any afternoon!:)
