This place is in a non-descript area, so we were not anticipating much when we entered. But once in, there was so much for our little one to do. We have not seen more bouncy exhibits in a single place than at Monkey Joe's. Our child had loads of fun. It was well worth the price of the entrance ticket. Adults can accompany the child without paying a fee. Didn't look like adults could accompany the kids on the slides or anything, they could just watch them have fun. They have separate sections for children aged 3 and below, but the place primarily caters to kids 3 and above. Seems like a nice place for a kid's party.One thing to note, when we were leaving, nobody was there at the check out gate, as we walked out with our kid.

This is a real fun place for kids. They are busy every minute. More bouncy houses in one area than i ever seen and even a basketball court in one. The people that work there are very friendly and courteous. Monkey Joe is also there for picture taking with the kids.

Don't go to this place. The management and customer service is horrible. Stay away. Took the grandchildren. The door hours stated 9pm closing. However, they closed at 7pm. We were there for less then an hour. When questioned about the hours I was told to get out or the police would be called. They called the police and stated I was disruptive. That God there were other customers there and told the police I was polite and respectful and that the management was rude and disrespectful. Horrible service. Stay away.

Had my 7 yar old party here. Place has more bouncy houses, games, etc than most others in CT. Price for a party for up to 16 kids is about $330. you get a party room for 2 hours, drinks for everyone, 2 pizzaa and a party hostess. kidd play for 1/2 hour then go to party room. Just enough time to eat pizza, bring your own cake, etc and maybe open presents. great thing about this place is they dont throw you out after 2 hours. the party room is done but the kids can stay and play and work off all the sugar all day if they feel like it. Some of these places throw you out when time is up, not here...stay as long as you want. Overall good value. TIP: Invite more than 16 kids because of course they don't all show up and you end up paying for kids not being there, if over 16, they add on an amount for each extra kid. Also you can buy extra pizza for adults if necessary.
