great falls

One of my favorite hikes in Connecticut!!! Love walking around the great falls and exploring. Jumping off the cliffs into the pools of water is so fun!!!

The bridge over the water and falls were just average. Just getting done with Kent State Park and Bull's Bridge just a little ways to the south made this seem not as impressive. Stand alone it was just average.The directions on the cities website also need to be updated as you can't really access the falls from Falls Village without a little walk. From the other side of the river it looked like you could park a lot closer.It was an okay stop, but not really worth the time it took to jump off Hwy 7 and check it out.
