juanita k. hammons hall for the performing arts

This is a great venue for concerts and speaking events. They have all sorts of events here, they serve food and wine. Parking is very close to the venue and the prices are very competitive!

This is a really gorgeous place with incredible acoustics. Concerts here are awesome and the prices are very low compared to some of the venues in larger cities.

I may be partial to this theatre since I went to school at Missouri State, but this theatre is so big and clean. They always have great shows and ticket prices aren't that bad. Its great to see Springfield growing with new and exciting shows coming to Juanita K.

This is my favorite theater. The building is a lovely designed building with flowing curves and round stair cases heading up to the multiple levels. The architectural design uses all round corners instead of the usual squared off builds. Before you head into your seating area the lobby is encased with glass windows facing the street and fountain, with the rounded staircase leading you to the performance heart of the building. Inside the lobby and the theater the acoustics are just wonderful and can hear the performance on stage just perfect no matter where you sit. They have several shows a year along with classical performances a few times a year. I have loved this theater for a long time and continue to try and visit when I can. years ago I even had the privilege of roller skating on the stage. Look forward to my next visit.
