We really enjoyed the bistro. Service and food was great. Also did the wine tasting and tour which was well done. I think the ambiance of the bistro was wonderful.

Wonderful view on a cliff overlooking the Missouri River. I love the wines from this vineyard and very reasonable priced! Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere! A short detour on the way to Columbia!

If you would like to learn a little more about wine-making, visit this small but progressive establishment just off I-70 at the Rocheport, MO. There is a restaurant associated with the vineyard, but the winery, tasting room and gift shop are separate and are their own little attraction. Our guide Austin was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a great deal about the differences in processing red and white wines, the attention to detail in creating and bottling the wine and the new projects Les Bourgeois is embarking on. The tour only took a little over a half hour, but the experience was great. We'll return after the remodeling and expansion have been completed to learn more about this visionary company.
