mccauley's haunted woods

We had a blast at McCauley's Haunted Woods. If you have little ones, you might want to go earlier in the evening so it isn't as scary. We went with a group of friends and will definitely make it an annual trip.

We visited here with our church group. The path through the woods is nice, the actors did a good job (VERY creepy at times), and the little petting zoo for kids was nice. If you want to make a night of it, they show scary movies on a big "drive in" type screen, but you'll need to bring chairs/blankets, since it's not actually a drive in.

Not much more needed to say. Took my 12 year old and his friend, $45 for the three of us. No variety. It was my son's friend's first time and even he was disappointed. Will be going to Springfield or Branson next year.
