Expected a typical small distiller and got the surprise. PLEASANT surprise at the flavorful crafted delights of a excellent distiller. Spent way too much on their wares for home but for once I found a Gin with a home made tonic I can revel in!

While we were on a Valentine's Chocolate & Wine tasting tour of Hermann, it was suggested to try the Pinckney Distillery since we were headed out to New Haven for another winery. We are so glad that we stopped in as this was our favorite stop of the trip. We bought their gin, vodka, whiskey and syrup. The customer service and products were awesome and outshined all of the wineries on the Hermann Wine trail. Thanks Pinckney Distillery for the fantastic afternoon!

The people that own this distillery are so friendly. For $5.00 you get a nice glass and plenty of tastings. Let me say that JT was so knowledgeable about the products and the local history. My husband and I love to support small business's. We bought some of their gin and tonic syrup which is so flavorful. If you happen to be close to New Haven, Missouri stop on in tell JT hi.

Well worth our time. "Spirit Guides" were knowledgeable and very entertaining. Spirits were far better than expected. Just a really cool way to spend your time.

We had a wonderful visit to New Haven MO and Pinckney Bend Distillery. Keith could not have been more welcoming and knowledgable. We learned a great deal and had a lovely tasting experience. Their gin is fabulous and deserves the awards it has received. The bourbon is varied and it is fun to taste several and see the differences. We had a lovely walk along the levee and look forward to visiting again.

We stopped to see a modern day still. We met some of the most energetic, enthusiastic entrepreneurs I have met in sometime! These people are the perfect hosts. They know everything about the making of vodka, whiskey and gin. The products are awesome, having won international awards for their whiskey! All of this in the small town of New Haven, MO. Take the time to stop on your way to Hermann.

My husband is a novice distiller so we have took the drive T New Haven to learn more about his new hobbyWe were certainly not disappointed! The tour was interesting and enlightening . The tasting fund and I loved the Gin! Also, their tonic product. A real "must buy"I recommend this to all even if you don't plan on your own distillery. It was fun and very enjoyable!

While the whiskey may be their best seller right now, the gin is an award winner. Combine their gin with the syrup they sell and club soda, and you are ready to go. Stop by for a tasting and then visit the other local attractions in New Haven.

My husband and I went to Miller's Landing for some rest and relaxation, and while there found this little gem! The people at Pinckney Bend Distillery greet you with a warm welcome. They are friendly and courteous. The shop area is small, but packed full of history, and friendly faces. Then there is the alcohol, which is quite possibly the BEST! The Rested Whiskey, and speciality whiskeys are a must. The gin is our personal favorite, and let's not forget Pinckney Bend's own tonic syrup which complements their gin so well. This stop made our trip and converted us to a new brand of gin. We most definitely will be back!

Tara is a great host and very knowledgeable about the distillery processes and the products they make. My wife wanted to go here to get a bottle of gin for her friend. I am NOT a gin drinker but we had a taste, I was blown away by how great this small little sample was and loved the drink. Tara is also a bartender so she knows how to make a great drink for those folks who indulge.A small operation that is growing, and we can see why.Tara took us into the back room to talk about the distillery processes. We would highly recommend this stop for those in the area.JBH

Great tour, even if you are not a spirits fan, but you may be afterward. Helpful, educational personnel.

An absolute gem! Excellence in distilled spirits can be hard to imagine, but even the people in our party that don't imbibe enjoyed the sipping and flavors of their premium spirits. You have to try them yourself to experience what a truly fine, top quality spirit tastes like...you'll be blown away!
