We visited on Laura Ingalls Wilder day. Kids got to do period crafts, learn a ton about the pioneer days, and the folks who "live" in the cottages, houses and farms are very enthusiastic and realistic. Highly recommend!

Fun experience, the guides stay in the period they are explaining, and treat you with customs and hospitality you would have received at that time in history. Even if the treatment would now be considered a little harsh or strict. It's a great way to experience and learn history by living it for a few minutes.

All the exhibits, brings back memories. Takes more than once to see everything.
