The Aquatic Center in Kirksville, MO is about just like any other swimming pool you'd find. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool, water slide, diving board, and a children area. It's a average size pool, and I think the price to get in is about $3-5, though if you buy the season pass it'll save you money if you plan to go there often. My biggest complaint, and how it's affected my review score, is that it is insanely crowded for the majority of the time. The best times to go is during off hours/days (Tuesdays before 5, when parents are at work and can't take the kids to the pool), because once the crowd hits, there is rarely any seating, and swimming space to enjoy. Overall, not a bad pool, just crowded.

A fun place to spend hot afternoons with your kids. The pools are clean and there is a nice variety of things to do to keep all ages occupied.

I can only speak for the inside pool as I have never used the outside one. The Inside pool is to my opinion, not very clean. I am used to much more sparkling type of waters when going to a swimming pool. The showers area is very small and cramped and good use a good scrubbing......

I found the inside pool to be not very clean.....That is enough to stay home and play in my bathtub......

My kids had swimming lessons there this summer. Our instructor Paula was fabulous. The staff was nice as well. The kids loved it!

Went there in the middle of a weakened day. It was super crowded. At least there was shade and fountains to take refuge from the heat. My daughter really wanted to go on the slide but was told was too small. This pool is more strict than others I know. They did have a frog slide and lily pad chained in the middle of the pool in which my daughter and a thousand other kids liked. It was fun but a bit competitive to be able to utilize it. The locker rooms needed a complete overhaul so I wore my suit out and changed later on.

This place is so much fun for the family, we find it affordable and love the fact that all the lifegaurds are very attentive to the swim areas, we feel like our children are in safe hands and are always watched no matter if we are by their side or not:) We are satisfied with this place 100%
