great lakes culinary center

According to the website Great Lakes Culinary Center serves as a venue for food service professionals using state of the art equipment. The culinary center hosts cooking classes and caters events as well. We attended an event that attracted a large group of people for dinner with a local executive chef. The food and beverage selections (pre-paid) were excellent in presentation and taste. We found the Great Lakes Culinary Center easy to locate just west of Telegraph Road on Nine Mile. There is a parking lot on site.Inside the dining area of the Culinary Center were tables, state of the art large cooking equipment and a beverage bar - all shiny and new with seating for at least 100. It was an amazing space and that it regularly hosts featured chef dining experiences as well as offers culinary classes is a real plus.
