The farmers market offers something for everybody including homemade goods, flowers, produce, raffle tickets, many many booths of home made crafts and non-home made crafts such as sunglasses, sheets, toys, etc. It is wonderful to walk through the farmers market, a must have if you are in Port Austin on a Saturday (before or after a nice breakfast at the Lighthouse!)

The local produce and flowers are the best. The prices are reasonable, better than any market, but until June it can be cold.

We frequently attend farmers markets and found this one to be very nice. Lots of choices from meats to home made yummy common rolls, to flea market stuff. Get way to kill a couple of hours.

Vendors that sell homemade stuff, to antiques, to garden produce! Parking is not the easiest, and people everywhere, but laid back feeling to it. You can even get a carriage ride! The smoked fish, homemade bread, lots of honey dealers, habenero and ghost pepper cheese, jerky, syrup, you name it, you can find it! Make sure you have good walking shoes and time, as its busy here! Market goes until 1pm. Easy to access by wheelchair. I seen people walking their dogs and they are allowed as long as on leash.

We do the Ann Arbor Market and were pleasantly surprised. Great day and worth a trip for a Saturday destination. They close too early by 1pm so get there early.

I had no idea how big this Farmers Market was! There were so many different vendors; Amish furniture, antiques, Tupperware, Thirty-one gifts, Avon, jewelry, tutus, statuary, etc.... you name it, you could probably find it! We got their after 11A, so we missed on the produce but plenty to see and do (face painting, food, just to name a few). Parking is hard to find, prepare to walk and content with crowds.

Determined to be one of the top markets in Michigan. Located near the shores of Lake Huron in Port Austin, Michigan at the top of the "thumb." Market operates on Saturdays from 9-1 from Memorial Day through mid-October. Variety of home made foods, plants, flowers, crafts, and vegetables along with some special themed weekends. Have visited on holiday weekends and upwards of 200 vendors on the grounds. Most weekends will have 100 to 145 vendors. Website: www.portaustinfarmersmarket.com
