Good beer. Nice clean downstairs simple bar.I like the IPA. Go upstairs to the roof deck. Enough said!

The story of this brewery is very nice. Helpful staff fave a quick tour of the facility. Unfortunately, we visited on a day that was too cold for outdoor seating, otherwise would have enjoyed more reasonably priced, freshly brewed beverages.

There were only four beers on tap and plastic cups. BUT, the flight tasters were large, the bartender was friendly, and the patio deck was great to sit out on. We did really like the Blood Orange brew, and Oktoberfest. They had a popcorn machine and you could help yourself. We bought one of their double walled vacuum sealed growlers- only $28!! A steal compared to EVERY other place we have seen them. Outside there was the most amazing food vendor I had stopped at. Not knowing at first he was talking to us we were walking outside and then hear ".... fine keep walking pretend I'm not here" haha. He was too funny so we did swing around to check out what he has. His food was named well and we go the Jalapeno chicken sandwich. Hands down the best chicken sandwich I have ever had! Chicken in a jalapeno type sauce, cheese, bacon bits (REAL), onion. Oh Man, it was good. He has been a chef for quite a while. Food was date labeled, and in chilled containers with ice below, coolers full of ice for the rest of the food that needed to be kept cold, separate cooler for soda. He changed gloves from raw to cooked and then again. Good work ethic, great salesman. If he's outside, grab a beer at Cheboygan and get a sandwich from him!

Their Blood Orange Honey is Tops. Great summer brew. I wish I could remember the name of the Food Vendor who they allow to set out out front, as he deserves a good review as well.

Thank goodness there was a food vendor out front. That wonderful beer goes straight to your head on an empty stomach. Grab some food, bring it inside that's fine. Sit on the roof top patio, weather permitting. Friendly service and tasty beer. See you there..

My husband and I spent the afternoon on the rooftop deck watching traffic pass by. We really liked the set up of the place. Staff was very polite and let us sample everything as it was our first visit.

I live in the Cheboygan area and I have only seen this place open 1 time. I go into town frequently. Have never tried it because it isn't open often.

This Main Street microbrew opened in 2011, celebrating its grand opening and centennial in the same breath. The owners had bought the rights to the name of the company and built a fantastic brewery that features seating indoors and on the upstairs patio. Upstairs there are nice, roomy rocking chairs that you can sit in and watch the Main Street traffic below. The brewery has a house band, and often on weekends you can catch Charlie Reager playing there as well. The brewery started out with one offering, the Lighthouse Amber, but then added La Cerveza and now has a pretty tasty IPA as well. You can get a growler there, or buy six-packs of the bottled beer, which costs less at the brewery than it does at stores that carry it, including Horrocks' Farm Market in Lansing. Definitely worth a stop for a brewski!
