We had my daughters wedding there in October 2014 and was very dissappointed in the food. The venue is beautiful but the food was just OK. The salad consisted of bagged ice berg lettuce with some mozarella cheese and a few tomatoes. The green beans were straight out of a can (how about adding some almonds and seasoning?), the beef was dry and they ran out! Oh, and we had a late night snack and it was frozen pizza...are you kidding me? One of the things that you want to offer your guests at a wedding is great food. Golden Hawk misses the mark with this and I would only give them a 4 or five, out of a scale of 1-10. Weddings are expensive so you expect good quality food, not canned beans and frozen pizza. I think you can get more creative than that. I also agree with some of the remarks about the wedding coordinator as well. She was very nice and accommadating before you signed the contract, but at the wedding was not very helpful. She needs to go to customer service classes.

This is a very nice and scenic course.Some difficult holes but fun to play.Nice folks in the pro shop and on the course.We will play again.

I played sunday and got a great deal on the golf from anytimegolfer.com. It was a little cheaper going through that site to book my green fee. Great course, and great landscaping. The only neg was some of the powerlines through the course but it isnt too bad. I would definetly book another round online for this course.

Have been to the Golden Hawk many times for breakfast meetings. The food is ordinary breakfast food, nothing special, but good and plentiful. I can say my friend had her son's wedding there and she was very pleased with the place. The staff is nice enough to allow you time to conduct your business without feeling like you'll be asked to leave at any moment. Pretty grounds!

My family and I love Golden Hawk. The Course is beautiful, excellent food and Beautiful Wedding Facility! I would recommend this facility for Golf, Dining and Events!

nice course open to the public. the food is also good. newer carts and greens that were in great shape.

I have golfed here many times. Nice course, nicely wooded and not too hard for us women.. The Clubhouse has good food and indoor or outdoor seating. The upstairs is for Special Occasions. It has a beautiful staircase for picture and windows all around for views of the course. I have been here for weddings also. The food was very good.
