If you are in town visiting or you live here this is a great place to go do yoga. I try and go several times a week to a class called Slow Burn; it is lovely. The classes are done in a heated room and will challenge you as much as you want to be challenged. If you cannot do something...that's OK they are all very nurturing! I have fallen out of poses more than I would like but each time I hear a little voice (the teacher) from somewhere in the room say "That's OK", you won't learn unless you try! I have taken this class with Justin, Niki and Michael and they all make it a special experience. I am trying to work my way up to doing Vinyasa this year because there are many more offerings. Everyone is very friendly that works here and very welcoming. They make a point to learn your name or they may be just that good at learning names (lol) which is even more special. This is a special place and I am blessed it is so close to me. If I had to tweak it at all, it would be an earlier offering of Slow Burn. If you have not tried Blue Yoga treat yourself, I am sure you will not be disappointed. It's not about where it is or who attends but your own experience and the guidance you get through the practice. Enjoy!!!

Cute little yoga studio right across from Townsend hotel. Good hot yoga classes. Nice upscale clientele.
