caputo brothers creamery

Had a wonderful evening at Caputo brothers creamery. This was our first time there and we really didn't know what to expect. Great to hear the story of Rynn and David Caputo and how they came to settle in Spring Grove. Their passion for Italy, where they learned to make cheese and the food they cook, was wonderful to hear, and how they followed that through. The food was amazing, a little bit of their garden on a plate. The house was infused with the smells of the main course throughout the evening, a long awaited 3 hours later, but well worth the wait. So we enjoyed the mozzarella demonstration and the appetizers while we waited. We were even able to buy some curd to stretch our own mozzarella before we left... Can't wait to give it a try....
