Had a gift certificate and made appointment for facial. The room for facial was not at all spa-like; looked at an ugly ceiling. Therapist was too loud. Don't go if you have a disability because it has no service for you. Have had better facials and been to better places. Highly overrated. Not even busy the day I was there.

Way too expensive - the receptionist was not very pleasant and they act like they are so much better than you. Only went because I had gift certificate. Will not go back.

Go here for massages! Doesn't matter who you get, they are both wonderful! A little hard to schedule, so think ahead, but well worth it! Great place to relax and treat yourself to something special.

I had a laser treatment done and it worked ! Reasonable priced. It is upstairs you have to look for it. But once you find it "Hidden Gem"

I have been to the Sewickley Spa twice. The first time I went because the reputation of the spa seemed quite high. When I walked in the first time the receptionist was on her cell phone and never acknowledged me. When she finally got off the phone she walked me to the changing area and left. The slippers that were in the room had clearly been worn before me, they were dirty. I didn't wear them. I walked to the waiting area which was okay. They have it curtained off from the hair/nail salon and the girl in the salon was talking so loudly I couldn't relax if I tried. I had no choice but to listen to her conversation. The house is an old Victorian which is cute and it adds charm. The services I had were a facial and a massage and they were fantastic I have no complaints about that what so ever. However when I pay a premium for services I expect to be treated as such, my lack of greeting due to a personal call and the loudness of the salon noise was very disappointing to me. Upon check out I learned that the girl at the reception desk was just a fill in for the day. Though the treatments I received were fantastic I didn't feel that this spa was very relaxing and vowed not to return. However I ended up receiving a gift card for the Sewickley Spa a couple months later and this time I received a warm welcome, the robe and slippers appeared to be clean, there was no noise coming from the salon and of course the treatments I received were fantastic. The Victorian style is so charming but it doesn't allow for a peaceful rest area which is usually where I like to relax after treatments. I would go back here, but I find that I don't walk out of this spa with a sense of peace and relaxation that I normally get at other spas.

Very clean...nice place to go as couples. I thought the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Very nice staff.

Such a charming spa located in a beautiful Victorian house in the middle of town. Sewickley itself is a fantastic little town filled with history and adorned with lovely homes. Upon arriving at the spa the receptionist greeted us and escorted us to our comfy robes and slippers. Hailey, my masseuse, was wonderful. She explained my massage and took her time. I loved how peaceful the experience was. The chirping of the birds outside combined with the rain falling was serene and made it feel authentic. Afterwards, my friend and I indulged in some pastries, juice and tea in the cozy relaxation room. Overall, the experience was very good.
