This is a great place to see a concert. If you are lucky enough to be here on a clear day, it's worth a visit even if there is no concert. The views are spectacular. But the facility is in perfect harmony with its environment. The inside feels like a huge hunting lodge. It's surrounded by woods and feels like it's the only thing for miles. There is a full bar and restaurant area. The service was prompt and friendly. The event staff are helpful and attentive. The restrooms even deserve a note as they were surprisingly clean and well-kept. We went to the Pink Floyd Experience here in February. The acoustics are quite good! A great place to enjoy a concert.

Although I would love to visit during the day to see their views on top of the mountain, I've only been there at night to see a show. I recently visited to see Phil Vassar for the second time here and I was not disappointed. It's like being in a fancy barn with the high ceiling and wood rafters. Not a bad seat in the house. Nothing fancy here with drinks and beer in a plastic cups and pick up window for bar food entrees and appetizers. Be careful at night on the dark and windy road up the mountain to get there from the turnpike exit. Lots of friendly locals attend their shows.

Great seats, great sound, nice atmosphere, beautiful view from high on the mountain! Unable to get reservations for the restaurant; however there was a snack area to get something to eat. Large parking lot to accommodate the crowd. Nice gift shop with something for everyone! Reasonable prices!

We read online that this was venue had great vistas outside. It does, but the concert venue inside was spectacular as well. Every seat is excellent, sound is great, staff manning the event was happy and helpful and the prices for event and food are very reasonable. If you want to eat at their restaurant before a concert, make a reservation. We WILL be going to more concerts there!

My wife and i finally made it to the peak, we saw Kenny Loggins and he was great, we had seats up in the balcony and had a great view. this is a really nice place to see a concert. bath rooms were near by, bar near seating, also have a restaurant and bar. parking is no problem, in the day time you can see for a hundred miles because your on top of the mountain. can not wait to go again. staff was very friendly. penn's peak has it all.

My husband and I have attended several concerts at Penn's Peak and all of different music genres and we always have a great time! My most recent trip was with my Mom to see 'Back to the Garden 1969'...and it was a fun time. The building itself is beautiful, the sound is great, it's never over-crowded and I don't think there's a bad seat in the place. We'll be back in December for Kenny Rogers!

This venue has plenty of free parking and a convenient restaurant located upstairs from the venue. The bartenders and restaurant workers are very pleasant and helpful. The concert venue is another story. It's a nice looking place with lovely views, big windows, and warm wood walls and ceiling. The sound was okay from the front. The men working "security" were inexplicably rude to some of the patrons, however. One audience member was denied entrance into the venue because she was carrying a gift of a box of chocolates. But judging by the smoke during the performance, apparently marijuana is okay to bring into the venue. These same "security" men later yelled at patrons who were standing in the parking lot waiting to get an autograph after the show, waving his arms at them and telling them to go away.If there are rules about bringing chocolate into the venue or waiting for an autograph, there are more appropriate ways to let patrons know. I will not be returning here under any circumstances.

We decided to have an outside dinner and enjoy the live music. It was great, the food was very good and so was the live band. The overlook view was fantastic and the beer was cold! We'll be back!

View can't be beat. Like the mountains in Vermont only right here in Pa. The outside entertainment is a plus but you definitely pay for it. On the plus side, there are menu items that can keep you satisfied at a reasonable price.

We had some extra time one night and decided to see an Elvis impersonator show that was here. The Venue was comfortable with folding chairs. The sound was very good and the show was not some local guy like I expected. It was a top entertainer. It seemed the entertainment was at the level of most of your larger Indian casinos. The price was very reasonable for the caliber of show. The show was about 2 hours not counting the intermission.

What a great venue...small, intimate concert hall with full bar, full service restaurant with decent food, 2 great bars to hang out at, a killer view and an awesome deck. I especially enjoy their Thursday night deck parties during the summer. Free music from 6:30-9 by some good local bands and a greatly diverse crowd. I've not been disappointed once there!
